Xtra Stretch
After enduring pain and limited mobilization due to tight hamstring muscles, this client came to us with a patented invention idea. Our client plays allot of golf and could not achieve a good golf swing without stretching his hamstrings out thoroughly. He hired the services of a personal trainer that showed him the defining mechanics of a perfect stretch. This is where he had a vision and the concept was born. He had others try to fabricate a machine that would automatically produce a great stretch in the form of a piece of equipment, but it was clunky, aesthetically unappealing and did not perform to expectations. Our engineering team went to work and arrived at several concepts until we boiled it down to one that was clearly superior. We analyzed the motions, ergonomics and mechanics in order to take his idea to the next level. The results are history. After producing a promotional video and putting several prototypes in the hands of professionals such as Chiropractors, personal trainers and football weight training facilities the results were all very positive! We are currently doing cost reductions and refining the manufacturing process. We hope to secure a manufacturing contract shortly.
