Morgan Mechanical Engineer, President / Owner Mr. Morgan's career originated in Chicago land Illinois where he studied the art of Mechanical Engineering and began work as a young draftsman with Cutler Hammer where he was responsible for motor control panel layouts. He learned quickly and displayed some very innovative creativity and communication skills that paved the way for a career path with a tour of duties at many large and small corporations responsible for custom machine design and manufacturing process automation for many diverse products and fields. Mr. Morgan's experience encompasses over 30 years of engineering and has made him responsible for managing and deploying high profile projects for business entities including, but not limited to printing equipment, material handling equipment, agricultural machinery, medical equipment, gaming entertainment mechanisms and pool and spa equipment to name a few. Mr. Morgan is experienced in the areas of time and motion studies, prototyping, life testing, assembly process studies, cost evaluation, manufacturing technique evaluation, strength analysis of mechanical parts, Prototyping, Manufacturing and Medical Engineering. Dan Henderson Chief Fabricator Mr. Henderson is currently the chief fabricator at Solid Manufacturing Solutions. Dan brings years of experience to the SOLID team and helps provide an A-Spec quality of work in every project. Ron King Mechanical Design Engineer Ron is a seasoned mechanical design engineer of over 24 years with experience in a variety of fields. A valuable asset to our organization with an arsenal of tools and experience. Bjorn Koths Build and Procurement Operations Mgr / Mechanical Designer Bjorn is a seasoned machinist and fabricator who is highly proficient with computers and software. Bjorn currently handles procurement for purchased and fabricated components. He also leverages the CAD and other softwares performing many miscellaneous mechanical design and engineering tasks.   Senior Concept Engr. / Electrical and Programming is an experienced concept engineer with an extensive background in electrical and programming.
